God provided Janine at a time I was seeking a biblical-based resource to provide guidance, an objective perspective, and tools to navigate a career transition. However, during our time together we have worked on a variety of professional and personal goals. Janine has a keen ability to draw from a conversation the real areas that need focus to affect the desired outcome. She helps to break down an identified issue into measurable goals and holds me accountable to the goals, with grace.
